On July 8, the Israeli delegation achieved significant recognition at the 22nd edition of the Città del Vino International Wine Competition, securing two gold medals and one silver. Nevo Winery - Gold Medal:
Petit Verdot from the Judean Mountains, 2021 Vintage.
Aged for 23 months in French oak barrels, this wine is composed of 100% Petit Verdot grapes. It features a deep ruby red color, distinctive woody notes, and an intense floral flavor combined with black fruit and herbaceous undertones. The texture is smooth and rounded, with a long, pleasant finish.

Yaffo Winery - Silver Medal:
Sauvignon Blanc from the Judean Mountains, 2023 Vintage.
This wine was produced through a slow cold fermentation process to enhance its aromas. The grapes were cultivated in the Moshav of Mata. It offers fresh and vibrant characteristics, with a fruity flavor ideal for pairing with fish and light dishes.
